The Golconda Fort is a historically linked attraction that must be visited. The huge fort which was built by the Qutb Kings and in the past the city was known for its diamond trade and mines which was at that one of the only places in the world for diamond excavation. Today it is better known for its beautiful evening display of sound and lights and its interesting historical tales.
Other than its many enchanting attractions in the new and old city of Hyderabad, the city’s most famous delicacy is the Hyderabda Dum Briyani – a delicious concoction of basmati rice with goat or lamb meat, cooked to perfection.
In addition, the city is also globally known as an IT hub. With such energy and potential, Hyderabad is peppered with the snazziest cafes in town, excellent eateries that serve unforgettable cuisine and a gradually-thriving nightlife.
